Archer Oiltools Ltd is seeking a Derrickman to support offshore drilling, P&A, and well-intervention activities. You will operate derrick and rig-floor equipment, manage mud and cementing processes, and help maintain safety records.

Role requires 2–3 years in derrickman or rig-floor operations, offshore mobility, and relevant safety certifications. Travel offshore by boat or helicopter is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in Derrickman or rig-floor operations.
• Drilling contractor experience, preferably including Plug & Abandonment.
• Experience supporting drilling, workover, well intervention, cementing and P&A at rig-floor level.
• Modular rig experience and hydraulic workover units.
• Experience with hydraulic systems, diesel engines, pumping systems and rig-floor equipment.
• Strong knowledge of cementing operations including volumes and pumping.

Responsabilités

• Support safe, efficient drilling, P&A, well-servicing and well-intervention activities.
• Operate and maintain derrick equipment, tubular handling and mud/fluid systems.
• Assist with BOP installation, movement, testing and well-control readiness.
• Maintain equipment and records; report defects and risks promptly.
• Follow Permit-to-Work, risk assessments, toolbox talks and JSA; ensure safety compliance.
• Travel offshore by boat or helicopter and work extended rotations.
