Job summary

Resolve Marine Group is seeking a Crane Operator in the United States to oversee crane operations and lifting activities. This role requires NCCCO certification, 2+ years licensed crane operator experience, and strict adherence to safety policies, hand signals, and daily inspections.

The operator will rig and move equipment on decks and floating platforms, manage pre-use checks, and coordinate with supervisors and project managers while complying with weather and site conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Crane Operator license: Friction and Hydraulic NCCCO Certification.
• 2+ years experiences as a licensed Crane Operator.
• TWIC or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily inspection sheets at the start of each shift.
• Operates all equipment in a safe manner.
• NCCCO certified on the proper use of the equipment.
• Ensures Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) are in place for all lifting operations.
• Performs pre-use checks and reports defects.
• Selects appropriate lifting gear.
• Maintains lifting appliances per manufacturer instructions.
• Coordinates lifting operations with other activities.
• Reports damage to cranes or equipment immediately.
• Able to operate lattice boom, friction style, crawler, and rough terrain cranes from floating platforms.
