Oceaneering is seeking a Crane Operator/Technician to safely operate cranes and lifting equipment, perform inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs. You will ensure lifting operations meet safety regulations with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities include reading load charts, securing loads, inspecting rigging, and coordinating with ground personnel. The role requires a high school diploma and NCCCO-equivalent certification, with CDL preferred for mobile cranes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience operating cranes and/or performing maintenance.
• Valid Crane Operator Certification (e.g., NCCCO or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred for mobile crane operators).
• Technical training or certification in crane operation or heavy equipment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and position materials.
• Interpret load charts, lift plans, and signals from riggers.
• Ensure loads are secured and balanced prior to lifting.
• Inspect rigging and crane equipment before and after operations.
• Maintain clear communication with ground personnel during lifts.
