Job summary

Resolve Marine Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks an experienced Crane Operator to perform safe crane operations on vessels and floating platforms. You will conduct inspections, ensure JSAs, select lifting gear, and coordinate lifts with the team. NCCCO certified and 2+ years of licensed operator experience are required, with up to 30% travel.

Applicants must meet safety policies and be able to work in varied weather conditions, communicating effectively within a team on offshore projects.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED.
NCCCO Certification or license is required for crane operation.
2+ years of experience as a licensed Crane Operator.

Responsibilities

Completes daily inspection sheets at the start of each shift and logs to the Facility Superintendent or Project Manager.
Operates all equipment in a safe manner.
Ensures Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) are in place for all lifting operations.
Performs pre-use checks and reports defects to the Supervisor.
Selects appropriate lifting gear and ensures equipment is in good condition per manufacturer instructions.
Coordinates lifting operations with other ongoing activities and communicates between personnel.
