Job summary

Elite Workforce LLC is seeking an experienced Offshore Coordinator / Construction Superintendent to manage offshore construction and maintenance projects. The role requires leadership across project coordination, scheduling, safety, and client communications to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

The candidate will liaise between clients, offshore personnel, and contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of offshore construction supervision or superintendent experience.
• Strong background in offshore construction, fabrication, maintenance, or marine operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors in offshore environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work packages.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, project reporting, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of offshore construction activities including planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, and equipment requirements.
• Lead and coordinate large offshore workforces and subcontractors.
• Maintain client communications and ensure project performance and safety.
• Develop tracking systems for productivity and deliverables.
