Job Title: Offshore Site Project Manager
Start Date: As soon as possible, no later than September 2025
Duration: Approximately 2 years
Location: Offshore
Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Visa Sponsorship: Open to non-U.S. nationals on work visas

The Offshore Site Project Manager will oversee all offshore site activities and act as the primary site representative for Siemens Energy. You will liaise with customers, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and successful project execution.
- Enforce strict compliance with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) regulations
- Promote a Zero Harm/Tolerance Culture on site
- Serve as the legal site lead and support staff development
- Ensure timely execution, budget adherence, and quality standards for Clients project scope
- Provide regular site progress reports
- Manage corrective actions, risk mitigation, and lessons learned
- Conduct cost tracking and forecasting, including cost-to-complete estimates
Professional Experience:
- Several years of leadership experience on large-scale construction sites
Project Knowledge:
- Familiar with construction and commissioning processes, including EHS and commercial considerations
- Proven leadership skills
Interpersonal & Cultural Skills:
- Comfortable leading diverse stakeholders, including customers, contractors, authorities, and internal teams
Education:
- Degree in a technical discipline (engineering or similar)
