Veem is hiring an Offshore Technical Support & API Implementation Specialist to blend frontline technical support with customer and partner API implementations. You will guide integrations from setup through testing, launch and stabilization while communicating clearly with technical and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on API work, problem solving, and delivering reliable onboarding experiences for customers and partners across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in API implementation or client-facing technical role.
• Hands-on REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, Postman, and OpenAPI.
• Test APIs, inspect logs/payloads, reproduce steps.
• Able to guide both technical and business stakeholders through integrations.
• Strong ownership of customer support across phone, email, and live chat.
• Balanced multitasking with thorough documentation and follow-ups.
• AI experience to test/refine prompts and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support via phone, email and chat.
• Guide customers through API integrations from configuration to testing and launch.
• Assist partners with post-launch stabilization and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Ops to resolve issues.
