Job summary

Noble Drilling seeks a 3C Coach to advise, train, and coach offshore rig crews, reinforcing a safe system of work and the 3C Program. The role focuses on learning culture, psychological safety, and continuous improvement across rigs by applying Noble PEAK principles and Safety II.

You will lead Transition to Work, Pre-Tour, and Weekly Safety Meetings; enable crew-driven improvements; share best practices regionally and with clients; influence decisions through coaching and data-informed insights.

Qualifications

• Offshore operations experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication across global teams.
• Ability to build psychological safety.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of risk assessment and safe system of work.
• Ability to work offshore on a rotational schedule and complies with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Transition to Work, Pre-Tour, and Weekly Safety meetings; promote open-ended questioning and psychological safety.
• Capture learnings and document crew proposals; support implementation of improvements.
• Use the 3C Observation Tool to capture observations and report progress.
• Coach crews and third-party personnel in compliant, resilient execution.
• Assist incident response and support emergency actions if needed.
• Build relationships with OIM and onboard leaders; share lessons across rigs and with clients.
• Communicate expectations of good practice during offshore meetings and client calls.
