Job summary

Noble Drilling is seeking a Performance Lead to enhance operational performance across drilling, completion, and subsea activities. You will apply LEAN methodologies, including the PDSA cycle, to align project delivery with customer expectations and support rigs in campaign execution offshore.

Based offshore in diverse locations, you will lead planning, monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and foster strong customer relationships for future contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Driller or Assistant Driller offshore.
• Deep knowledge of drilling processes and improvement strategies.
• Proficient in LEAN and the PDSA cycle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers.
• Exceptional time management and self-organization.
• Advanced analytical abilities; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Ability to work in diverse, multicultural environments.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo in operations.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational performance through rig site planning and learning.
• Record hours, NPT, and ILT; track KPIs and graphs.
• Apply LEAN and PDSA for continuous improvement; run AARs.
• Engage customers to align on deliverables and expectations.
• Maintain relationships for future contracts; liaise with clients and service providers.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
• Assist crews with risk assessments and safety instructions.
• Ensure consistency of performance meeting trackers and lessons learned.
