Job summary

Oliver Inc. is seeking a skilled pressroom operator for the 2nd shift to set up and run an 8-Color Double Coater H‑UV Komori sheet-fed press. You will ensure crisp color, tight registration, and flawless coatings while following job tickets and customer specifications.

We value strong QC, meticulous organization, and the ability to work independently or in a team. The role requires physical capability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for long periods in a modern, clean facility.

Ready to run world‑class work on 2nd shift?We’re growing at Oliver Inc., and our pressroom is looking for a pro who lives for crisp color, tight registration, and flawless coating.Is this you?Can you expertly set up and operate an 8‑Color Double Coater H‑UV Komori sheet‑fed press?Do E.C./U.V. curing systems, aqueous and UV coatings, and routine maintenance feel second nature?Do you use CCS to control color—and interpret trapping, gray balance, and dot gain to maintain SID?Will you follow the job ticket to the letter and meet exact customer specifications?When a spec is unclear, do you quickly ask for clarification?Can you champion quality, safety, cleanliness, and departmental housekeeping every shift?Are SOPs and policy compliance part of how you work—while jumping in to help on other tasks as needed?What you’ll bringExperience: Minimum 5 years in printing/pressroom operations.Quality mindset: Strong QC discipline; meticulous and organized.Collaboration: Comfortable working independently and on a team; solid interpersonal skills.Adaptability: Calm and effective amid changing priorities in a fast‑moving environment.Physical readiness: Lift about 40 lbs routinely; stand for long periods with frequent walking, kneeling, and reaching; constant hand/arm use.
