Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of offset printing procedures, materials and safety requirements.
Ability to read and interpret job specifications and determine appropriate press usage and settings.
Skill in precise control adjustments and routine maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain multiple press machines.
Perform make-ready tasks such as hanging plates, installing cylinders, and aligning images.
Make color corrections and press adjustments to meet quality specs.
Clean, lubricate, and perform minor repairs on presses; perform routine maintenance.
Train and mentor new and existing employees on company policies and best practices.
