Job summary

Serigraph seeks a reliable Press Feeder to support offset printing operations on the 2nd shift. Responsibilities include setting up presses, feeding materials, monitoring quality, and assisting Press Operators to ensure efficient, high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.

Load paper stock and ink, adjust guides and feeders, monitor press performance, perform routine maintenance, and assist with other presses and production areas while maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in printing, manufacturing, or production is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter information into production systems.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and support various production processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare offset color presses for production runs according to job specifications.
• Load and replenish paper stock and ink as directed by the Press Operator.
• Set up and adjust paper guides, feeder heads, and related equipment.
• Monitor paper feed and press performance and make adjustments.
• Inspect printed materials for quality and address issues.
• Perform routine press maintenance and cleaning.
• Change press blankets and assist with setup and maintenance.
• Obtain production materials including stock, ink, and supplies.
• Support other offset presses and production areas as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Participate in quality assurance and stop production to address quality concerns.
