Job summary

sg360° is seeking a 3rd shift Feeder to join our Pressroom team. You will support the setup, operation, and maintenance of our Komori sheetfed presses while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years pressroom experience, and 1–3 years as Feeder or Second Pressman preferred. Experience with multi-color 40” presses with coating unit and UV a plus; strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years pressroom experience.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Feeder or Second Pressman preferred.
• Experience with multi-color 40” press with coating unit and UV print a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the First Pressman with press setup and make-ready.
• Read and interpret job tickets and production work instructions.
• Prepare paper loads and position for production.
• Set up and operate the press feed section.
• Perform make-ready procedures for color and registration.
• Monitor press performance and assist with maintenance.
• Train and support press helpers on press systems and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Stay current on printing technology and industry best practices.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
