YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and training. You excel at making strategic decisions to drive your business, consistently deliver operational excellence, and ensure your store always meets AEO Brand Standards. Most importantly, bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities
  • Driving Results: Maximize store productivity, build guest loyalty through excellent service, and develop your store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
  • Business Innovation: Analyze sales reports and trends to make real-time decisions that meet financial goals.
  • People Leadership: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, provide leadership development, and manage performance reviews.
  • Teamwork: Foster a culture of teamwork, set goals, and recognize outstanding performance.
  • Brand Standards: Maintain visual standards, manage merchandising, and ensure the store is guest-ready.
  • Workforce Management: Create effective schedules based on traffic and sales data, manage payroll, and leverage top talent.
