Volunteers of America Northern Rockies in Cheyenne, WY is seeking an Office Support Staff member to provide administrative and clinical support to patients and the treatment team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, handling information and referral relationships.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., with on-call duties and up to 25% travel for meetings or community partnerships.

The Office Support Staff provides administrative/clinical support to patients and the treatment team. The Office Support Staff is the first point of contact for visitors to the facility, providing information and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources and community partners.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a residential facility environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.
The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
This is a full-time position. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Be on call as needed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Some travel is required for this position.
