Volunteers of America Northern Rockies is looking for a full-time Clinician located in Colorado. This role requires providing and coordinating clinical and education-based treatment services in alignment with accreditation standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a relevant field and be fully certified as a CSW, CAP, or CAPA, with strong communication and ethical practices. The position includes activities such as evaluations, counseling, and collaboration with community resources.
The Clinician provides and coordinates clinical and education-based treatment services throughout an individual's treatment, ensuring practices align with accreditation and organizational standards and person-centered care.
No direct supervisory responsibilities; may act as coach/mentor.
Operates in residential treatment or outpatient clinic, using standard office equipment; requires regular talking and hearing, vision, occasional lifting, bending, and prolonged computer use.
Full-time; schedule includes evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
Minimal travel expected.
Five years of post-certification clinical experience, some directly related to serving persons with addiction disorders (alcohol, drugs, gambling).
