Volunteers of America Northern Rockies is seeking an on-site Registered Nurse in Cheyenne, WY, to support medication administration, education, and treatment coordination within an outpatient behavioral health setting.
Responsibilities include vital signs monitoring, lab follow-up, and collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other staff. A Wyoming RN license and a 4-year nursing degree are preferred, with travel up to 25%.

Assists the medical professionals in providing prescription services to the Volunteers of America Community in order to maintain mental wellness and coordinate treatment.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the organization.
This job operates in a outpatient facility environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.
The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Some travel is required for this position.
