Boyer Children’s Clinic seeks an Office Support Specialist to help offices run smoothly, greeting visitors, handling calls, and ensuring accurate, confidential client information handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills are required; prior clerical experience is preferred. This is a full-time role in a nonprofit clinical environment with a focus on children’s health services.

Our Office Support Specialist helps our offices run smoothly. Some Essential Functions of the role include:
Proficiency using a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
Must have the ability to pass a Washington State DSHS criminal history and background check and FBI fingerprint check.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch; frequently required to sit, talk, or hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. The work environment is a typical office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. (These represent requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)
$23.15 - $32.88 per hour, depending on experience.
