AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Office Supervisor at Toledo Mud Hens Concessions in Toledo. OH.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payroll, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services
• Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner
• Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications
• Maintain confidential files
• Process vendor invoices for payment using computer
• Assist in preparation of financial reports
• Maintain vendor relationships and update contact information as necessary
• Balance and authorize petty cash disbursements
• Supervise data entry to ensure food orders are entered timely and accurately
• Coordinate the receipt and distribution of daily mail

• Previous administrative and clerical experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A thorough knowledge of office procedures
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others
• Scheduling availability to work days, evenings, or weekends as needed
• Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
