Job summary

Garage Door Services, a subsidiary of Windsor America, is seeking an organized, customer-focused Office Supervisor to lead and support our office team. You will supervise Customer Service and Dispatch, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely communication with customers.

If you enjoy coaching staff, managing multiple priorities, and keeping a busy office running smoothly, we’d love to meet you. Prior leadership and 2+ years in office admin or dispatch are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• 2+ years of customer service, office administration, dispatch, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Customer Service and Dispatch team.
• Provide daily direction, coaching, training, and accountability to office staff.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, work orders, and customer communication.
• Monitor workloads and help the team prioritize daily needs.
• Ensure customer calls, emails, estimates, and follow ups are handled timely and professionally.
• Assist with escalated customer concerns and service issues.
• Oversee invoicing, payments, customer records, and office documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians, installers, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly.
• Provide hands on support during busy periods or team absences.
