Job summary

A1 Garage Door Service is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead the daily dispatch operations and ensure seamless scheduling across our technician fleet. You will coach dispatchers, monitor KPIs, and escalate issues to the Dispatch Assistant Manager while maintaining shift coverage.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will balance service demand with technician availability, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Customer Service and Leadership to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dispatch, scheduling, or service-operations experience.
• At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to direct daily work, assign priorities, coach staff, and ensure accountability.

Responsibilities

• Direct the dispatch team's day-to-day work, confirm coverage, and set shift priorities.
• Monitor demand, technician availability, routing, and schedule real-time adjustments.
• Escalate complex or high-impact issues to the Dispatch Assistant Manager.
• Provide hands-on coverage when needed while overseeing workflow and priorities.
• Coach dispatchers, track KPIs, and drive performance improvements.
