Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Quality Assurance/Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accuracy and quality across the product lifecycle from receiving to shipping. The role reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance/Inventory Control and supports the department with data-driven insights.

You will compile reports, review records for accuracy, communicate professionally with teammates and customers, and use various systems to input and review data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• One year of administrative experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business.
• Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Compile and compose various reports in support of department objectives

• Maintain polite and professional communication email and face to face interactions with co-workers and customers
• Utilize various reporting systems and computer applications to input and review data
• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
• Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business
• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information
• Respond to questions as needed
• Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment
• Adhere to ELG Safety standards
• Other tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor
• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments

Job Description

Salary Range $18.27 - $20.19*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
