Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Quality Assurance/Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accuracy and quality across the product lifecycle from receiving to shipping. You will report to the Manager of Quality Assurance/Inventory Control and support multiple departments with data-driven insights.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of admin experience, and solid MS Office skills. Experience in fast-paced environments and strong communication are essential for success in

Responsibilities

• Compile and compose various reports in support of department objectives.
• Check and review records and/or processes for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Maintain polite and professional communication email and face to face interactions with co-workers and customers.
• Utilize various reporting systems and computer applications to input and review data.
• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business.
• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information.
• Respond to questions as needed.
• Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment.
• Adhere to ELG Safety standards.
• Other tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor.
• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.

Job Description:
