Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group in the United States is seeking a Quality Assurance/Inventory Control Specialist to ensure product lifecycle accuracy from receiving to shipping. The role reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance/Inventory Control and requires meticulous data handling and cross-functional collaboration.

You will compile reports, review records for accuracy, and maintain professional communication with coworkers and customers while working in office and warehouse settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• One year of administrative experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and independently.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

The Quality Assurance/ Inventory Control Specialist role will be primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy/quality for the complete product life cycle from receiving to shipping. This position will report to the Manager of Quality Assurance/Inventory Control.

Salary Range $18.27 - $20.19*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
