Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, support accurate order fulfillment, uphold safety standards, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Department Manager and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

You will collaborate across departments, monitor daily/weekly reports, and be adaptable to overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee department operations in the absence of a Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining daily and weekly reports.
• Ability to track and communicate supply needs for processing stations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Warehouse Coordinator

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. Working closely with team members and other departments, you will support accurate order fulfillment, uphold safety standards, and drive process improvements to maximize efficiency. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the Department Manager.

Salary Range $20.19 - $22.60*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
