Samsung Austin Semiconductor is hiring for a Space Management team member who will oversee day-to-day space management operations, CAD layout drawing, and inter-campus moves. This 100% on-site role involves coordinating with facilities, IT, and other teams, and ensuring timely completion of warehouse audits and space projects.

The position requires CAD design experience, 3+ years in space management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong project and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CAD design experience, preferred in office space & furniture layout.
• 3+ years experience in space management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Outstanding project management and time management skills.
• Experience with MS Office and space management software (ServiceNow/Nuvolo) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Create, revise, and manage floorplan CAD drawings.
• Manage cubicle/department boundary seating arrangements.
• Coordinate and manage people moves (including inter-campus moves).
• Oversee office area modifications (cubicles, private offices, conference rooms).
• Manage furniture inventory and quarterly warehouse audits.
• Handle service requests (furniture & key) end-to-end.
• Own space management projects and timelines.
• Roles and responsibilities may be adjusted by business need.

Position Summary

The Space Management team member will oversee space management operations. This is 100% on-site position.

The space management team member will manage the day-to-day activities associated with the support of office space projects, service requests, & office area modification for on-site employees and staff. This individual will manage the CAD layout drawing for the office area and the people moves (including inter-campus moves). The space management team member will work with different teams (such as customers, within team, facilities service, IT, electrical, & network). There will be different types of reports (scheduled and per request) to be updated/created. Warehouse audits are performed quarterly and action items should be executed by due dates.

Skills and Qualifications

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• StrongCADdesignexperiences(specializedinofficespace&furniturelayoutdesignpreferred).
• 3+years’experienceinspacemanagementorrelevantexperiences.
• Bachelor’sdegree(orequivalent)required.
• OutstandingProjectmanagement&timemanagementskills.
• ExperienceofMSofficeproducts&spacemanagementsoftwareispreferred(suchasServiceNowandNuvolo).
• Excellentcommunicationskills.

The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
