This job is partof the Office Operations function, which is responsible for providing officesupport to a client, business function, or individual contributor.
What You'll Do
Work withfunctional leaders, business leaders, and peers to continuously improvepresentation content and identify additional information to be included whennecessary.
Coordinate withoffice management to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Manage officesupply inventory and purchase items as needed.
Acceptdeliveries and respond to escalated inquiries from external stakeholders.
Facilitatevisits for high-level internal and external visitors, including vendors andclients.
Assist with thedevelopment and improvement of office systems, processes, and services.
Apply generalknowledge of standard principles, techniques, and procedures to completeassigned tasks and solve routine problems.
Demonstratebroad knowledge of your job discipline and some knowledge of relateddisciplines within the function.
Lead by exampleand model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Influence othersand help drive agreement when needed.
Impact thequality of your own work and contribute to the success of the team.

What You'll Need
Bachelor'sDegree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, anequivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Understanding ofestablished procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems.
Ability toanalyze potential solutions and apply sound judgment based on technicalexperience and precedent.
Advancedknowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, andPowerPoint.
Strongorganizational skills with an inquisitive and detail-oriented mindset.
Advancedmathematical skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions,ratios, and other financial-related calculations.
Must have valid driver's license.
