Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Soni is currently seeking a full-time Office Services Coordinator to provide project and administrative support to a premier Law Firm in Irvine. This is a great opportunity to work in an exciting, ever-changing, and challenging atmosphere with people passionate about immigration. Responsibilities include drafting documents, reporting, organizing files, and meeting deadlines for cases.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform case-related duties, including drafting email correspondence, letters, and documentation to clients, government agencies, and colleagues.
  • Assist with drafting and filing applications and petitions with government agencies.
  • Compile and summarize large quantities of data for clients, managers, and reporting needs.
  • Gather and maintain confidential client contact information in our proprietary case management system.
  • Provide status updates to clients and senior team members.
  • Request, collect, and file documents properly.
  • Update case management system accurately with client data.
  • Meet deadlines and communicate case progress or issues to supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Prior Business Immigration experience is highly preferred.
Compensation:

$20-$23 per hour. Salary depends on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications.
