Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Corporate Office Safety Coordinator to lead safety policy development and training across our offices. The role emphasizes hazard assessment, recordkeeping, and emergency preparedness, with a strong collaboration across Facilities Management, HR, and regional leadership.

The position requires a decade of safety/EHS experience, expertise in OSHA and NFPA codes, and the ability to travel to regional offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive safety/EHS experience.
• Experience delivering safety training to adults, in person and virtually.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA fire life-safety codes.
• Detail-oriented with recordkeeping for training and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.
• Willingness to travel to regional offices.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety; CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain office safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct hazard assessments and safety inspections in offices.
• Coordinate fire drills and emergency preparedness.
• Maintain training records and compliance reports.
• Deliver safety training across the company.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management, HR, and regional leaders.
