The Office Nurse position within North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency is a Registered Nurse or LPN role responsible for caring for clients in a medical office under physician or APP direction. The role uses the Nursing Process to deliver quality care to adults and pediatrics in ambulatory settings, including cardiology triage and phone triage support.

Essential qualifications include RN licensure, computer literacy, current BLS, and relevant experience.

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $5,000.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Job Summary:

The Office Nurse is a Registered Nurse or LPN who is responsible for the care and treatment of clients in a medical office as directed by a physician or Advanced Practice Provider . This nurse utilizes the Nursing Process to ensure that quality care is provided to adult and pediatric patients. The Office Nurse is accountable to the Clinical Nurse Supervisor and works closely with medical staff, clinical staff, and support staff.This position is responsible for providing proficient, cardiology triage nursing care in the ambulatory setting.Outpatient Primary Care RN primarily responsible for phone triage and clinical support. Duties will include telephone triage, patient call backs, managing the daily workload, and additional clinical support of our busy practice.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $39.22/hr - $49.02/hr - $42.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
