Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital (UCVH), an affiliate of North Country Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage individualized patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role reports to the Nurse Manager and ultimately the Chief Nursing Officer.

The anticipated hourly range is $42.29/hr - $52.87/hr - $57.10/hr, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications. A commencement bonus of $7,500 is offered.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BLS & ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• Proficient oral and written communication; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Current clinical experience preferred.

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $42.29/hr - $52.87/hr - $57.10/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Qualifications

Education, Required Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Licenses/Certifications BLS & ACLS required, PALS (preferred) Work Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Proficient oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills Current clinical experience preferred.
