Just Fare is seeking a Workplace Attendant to support client sites with daily food service, kitchen upkeep, and hospitality. You will stock, brew, clean, and assist FoH catering teams, ensuring safety and sanitation standards while engaging with clients as a friendly representative of the company.

This role requires physical ability (lifting up to 50 lbs) and flexibility to adapt to varying client locations, with emphasis on safety, organization, and top-notch service daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar field and/or customer service environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, communication and patience
• Attendance and punctuality with schedule flexibility
• Ability to work independently and make on-the-fly decisions
• Strong understanding of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
• Basic computer knowledge using Google Drive: Docs, Sheets and Forms
• Smartphone for daily communications on Slack and Timecards scheduling
• Understanding & knowledge of safety, sanitation & food handling procedures

Responsabilités

• Receive all snack and drink deliveries
• Stock snacks and drinks using FIFO
• Brew coffee each morning and replenish throughout the day
• Tidy, clean and sanitize all kitchen areas
• Wash, dry, stock and maintain dishes and utensils
• Maintain and assist with signage for offerings
• Inventory snacks and drinks and place orders with HQ
• Maintain monthly smallwares inventory count
• Assist with maintaining pars for snacks & drinks
• Monitor function of kitchen equipment
• Be a friendly face and host within all office kitchen areas
• Help guests and fulfill customer requests with hospitality
• Assist with new client setups of snack and drink installations
• Monitor time/temperature of food for safety
