Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking an entry-level food service worker to prepare a limited menu, manage perishables, and handle deliveries for daily operations and special events. The role requires basic food prep skills, sanitation knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with strict adherence to safety protocols.

Applicants must meet state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable, pass pre-employment checks, and may undergo a 1-year probation.

Qualifications

• Must meet state/local age requirements if serving alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work without more than normal supervision.
• Keep things neat, clean and in order.
• Basic food preparation and handling techniques.
• Interpret verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation principles.
• Use and maintain kitchen tools and equipment.
• Able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds and frequently walk, bend, stoop, pull, push and reach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a limited range of fast food items (burgers, hot dogs, fish, chicken, pizzas, fries).
• Remove perishables for daily use and receive supplies, storing them properly.
• Coordinate food & beverage needs for events, including cleaning work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
