Job summary

RightStone is recruiting for a Fulfillment Specialist in Addison, IL, offering a daytime, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule with weekends off and potential for permanent placement. The role focuses on order processing, kit assembly, and warehouse duties in a fast-paced facility.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with safety footwear kept up to ASTM F2413-11 standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; fulfillment/packing/kit assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 35–40 lbs regularly (up to 51 lbs) and stand/walk up to 8 hours daily.
• ASTM F2413-11 safety toe footwear with slip-resistant rating of Better or Best.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory orders, assemble kits, stuff/seal envelopes, and prepare boxes for outbound shipments.
• Record inventory movements and order data on tracking documents and software.
• Prepare items for shipment and label outgoing packages.
• Load/unload and push/pull carts and pallets up to 1,500 lbs, maintaining clean and safe work areas.
• Use pallet jacks, scales, cutters, folders, inserters, binders, box cutters, and tape dispensers safely.

Schedule:

Mon – Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No Weekends)

What You’ll Do Daily

• Processinventory orders, assemble custom kits, stuff/seal envelopes, collatematerials, and build boxes for outbound shipments according to strictstandards.
• Clearlyand accurately record inventory movements and order data on physicaltracking documents and digital software applications.
• Prepareitems for shipment by stuffing/sealing envelopes, assembling boxes,logging data into software applications, and labeling outgoingpackages.
• Load,unload, and push/pull carts and loaded pallet jacks weighing up to 1,500lbs, keeping work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safetypolicies.
• Usepallet jacks, counting scales, paper cutters, folders, inserters, binders,box cutters, and tape dispensers safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• HighSchool Diploma or GED required; previous fulfillment, packing, kitassembly, or warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• Abilityto regularly lift items weighing 35–40 lbs (occasionally up to 51 lbs atshoulder height) and stand/walk for up to 8 hours daily.
• Mustpossess ASTM F2413-11 compliant safety-toe footwear with a slip-resistantrating of "Better" or "Best".
• Exceptionalattention to detail, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and arespectful, team-first attitude.

Work Environment:

This is a 100% onsite roleinside a modern, fast-paced fulfillment and record management facility. Workinvolves active standing, physical lifting, manual assembly, and tool/lightmachine operation.
