Floor Coverings International is a mobile flooring franchise that brings showroom-style service to customers at home. The office team enables growth by handling proposals, scheduling installations, assisting with marketing efforts, and maintaining clean financials.

As a member of the office staff, you will support proposal development, lead scheduling and installation coordination, and help maintain accurate financials while contributing to a fast-growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop trust with customers by embodying core values.
• Convert leads to appointments by scheduling with the sales team.
• Follow up on open proposals and maintain showroom/office.
• Assist in local marketing efforts and manage marketing delivery.
• Coordinate with installers and track job progress.
• Update Salesforce/production board daily.
