Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience required.
• 1-3 years in customer-facing role.
• Home improvement experience a plus.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop trust with customers and convert leads to appointments.
• Schedule installations and manage showroom/office.
• Support local marketing and community engagement.
• Coordinate products, orders, and job scheduling with installers.
• Update QuickBooks daily and track expenses.
• Attend weekly owner meetings and training.
• Follow up on proposals and maintain status boards.
