SERVPRO of The Saint Croix Valley is seeking an exceptional Office Manager to join our leadership team. This is not a traditional administrative role; we want someone who builds systems, develops people, and helps a growing company operate at a high level.

You will lead the office team, collaborate with production, reconstruction, sales, and leadership to support company goals, oversee administrative, accounting, and HR functions, manage accounts receivable/payable and sub-contractor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of office, operations, accounting, or customer service management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to manage and multi task across multiple priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
• Restoration, construction, insurance, or service-industry experience preferred.
• Xactimate experience preferred, not required.

• Leading and developing the office team
• Working collaboratively with production, reconstruction, sales, and leadership teams to support company goals
• Overseeing administrative, accounting, and HR functions
• Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and sub-contractor documentation
