SERVPRO is seeking an Office Manager to join our leadership team. This non-traditional role focuses on solving problems, building systems, developing people, and helping the company operate at a high level.

If you thrive on fixing what’s broken and driving team success, we want to meet you. You will lead the office, collaborate across production, reconstruction, sales, and leadership, and oversee admin, accounting, HR, and vendor documentation while driving customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of office, operations, accounting, or customer service management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office and business software systems
• QuickBooks experience required
• Xactimate experience preferred, not required

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading and developing the office team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of office, operations, accounting, or customer service management experience

• Restoration, construction, insurance, or service-industry experience preferred


• Xactimate experience preferred, not required

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
