Job summary

Nox Metals, a Detroit-based metal supplier, is seeking an Office Manager to keep the Detroit workplace organized, professional, and ready for the team, customers, candidates, and suppliers who depend on it.

You will own the practical systems that make the office run and provide administrative support where it creates the most leverage, building checklists and routines as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and dependable with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with visitors, candidates, customers and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments.
• Experience handling confidential information and basic workplace processes.

Responsibilities

• Own daily office readiness, supplies, shared spaces, mail, and common equipment.
• Welcome visitors and coordinate visits for customers, candidates, vendors, and team.
• Manage facility-service vendors and drive issues to completion.
• Coordinate meetings, meals, travel, events, and occasional company logistics.
• Support document, purchasing, invoice, and expense workflows.
