Job summary

Miami University Alumni Association is seeking Student Assistants to support teams in the Office of Human Resources Management. This fixed-term position is available in the summer and during the academic year and offers a flexible schedule of 10–15 hours per week.

Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, delivering customer service, assisting visitors, handling emails and voicemails, supporting hiring paperwork, and performing filing and scanning tasks.

Job Description Summary

We are searching for Student Assistants to support our teams within the Office of Human Resources Management. The experience and training that student employees receive in the department can be extremely beneficial for future employment opportunities. Students will work 10 -15 hours per week.
