Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jonna Wooten - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional client experiences that support the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with team members, and anticipate community needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Property/Casualty license (required).

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
