Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct management experience including office or customer service management
• Experience developing employees and driving a quality customer experience
• Knowledge of payroll, budgeting, AR/AP and accounting functions

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and administrative duties
• Fulfill managerial responsibilities including financial reporting and supervision
• Oversee payroll and employee development
• Improve customer satisfaction, growth and retention
