H2 Health Kids is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our pediatric therapy clinic, overseeing operations and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of SLPs, OTs, and PTs. The role combines clinical leadership with a focus on growth, patient care, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will hold an active SLP/OT/PT license, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be committed to providing high-quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Active OT, PT, or SLP license (or license eligible).
• Experience leading clinic operations and teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing staffing, clinic growth, and financial performance preferred.
• Pediatric outpatient experience, including therapy (OT/PT/ST) and ABA services, preferred.
• Ability to maintain a regular in-person clinic presence Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, workflow, and facility management.
• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care and strong team performance.
• Monitor clinic productivity, financial performance, operational metrics, and patient outcomes.
• Support front office and back-office operations including administrative coordination and billing processes.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinic culture.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, operational, regulatory, and company standards.
• Support business development initiatives, physician relationships, and community outreach efforts.
• Partner closely with regional leadership to support clinic growth and operational success.
• Maintain a consistent in-person leadership presence to support staff, patients, and clinic operations.
• Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline, if applicable.

H2 Health Kids is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Physical Therapist (PT) to lead our pediatric therapy clinic as Clinic Director. • Ability to maintain a regular in-person clinic presence Monday-Friday

• Compensation ranging from: $80,000- $97,000 annually
