Job summary

H2 Health Kids is seeking a Clinic Director for our pediatric therapy clinic in Keller, TX. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of therapists (SLP/OT/PT), mentor staff, and drive clinic growth while maintaining exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an active OT, PT, or SLP license and has strong leadership, communication, and operational skills. Expect a dynamic role with leadership presence Monday–Friday and a focus on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active OT, PT, or SLP license (or license eligible).
• Strong healthcare leadership experience overseeing clinic operations, team performance, and daily workflow.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing staffing, clinic growth, and financial performance preferred.
• Pediatric outpatient experience, including therapy (OT/PT/ST) and ABA services, preferred.
• Ability to maintain a regular in-person clinic presence Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, workflow, and facility management.
• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care and strong team performance.
• Monitor clinic productivity, financial performance, operational metrics, and patient outcomes.
• Support front and back-office operations including administrative coordination and billing processes.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinic culture.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, operational, regulatory, and company standards.
• Support business development initiatives, physician relationships, and community outreach efforts.
• Partner closely with regional leadership to support clinic growth and operational success.
• Maintain a consistent in-person leadership presence to support staff, patients, and clinic operations.
• Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline, if applicable.

H2 Health Kids is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Physical Therapist (PT) to lead our pediatric therapy clinic as Clinic Director. • Compensation ranging from: $80,000- $97,000 annually
