Job Title: Office Manager

Location: New York City (On-site, 5 days/week)

Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 base + bonus

Experience Required: 4+ years in an Office Manager role

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, polished, and highly capable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our NYC office. This is a dynamic, high-touch role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can seamlessly balance multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion. This role will play a critical part in managing an in-progress office move, so prior office relocation experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Relocation: Lead and manage the logistics of our move, coordinating with vendors, facilities, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Office Operations: Maintain a first-class office environment including supplies, space management, technology needs, and vendor relationships.
  • Reception Oversight: Handle or oversee front desk responsibilities including guest management, calls, deliveries, and general client-facing interactions.
  • Team Coordination: Serve as the go-to person for internal support needs; know when to roll up sleeves and when to delegate.
  • Facilities Management: Liaise with building management and service providers to handle maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in Office Management in a corporate environment (professional services, finance, tech, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience managing an office move (must-have).
  • High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and professional polish.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable operating independently while also managing others.
