Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Office Manager to provide uncompromised service, support, and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. You will assist the Branch Manager with day-to-day activities and motivate the team to reach service center goals.

Qualifications

• Office Administration experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative staff and functions at a service center.
• Interact with customers and team members by phone or email to ensure services are entered, scheduled, posted, collected, and sold.
• Train, motivate, and support the team to achieve service center goals.
