• Office administration experience and ability to manage front-office tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to prepare reports and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative staff and functions in the service center.
• Interact with customers by phone or email and ensure service details are entered, scheduled, posted, collected and sold.
• Train, motivate, and work alongside team members to achieve goals.
• Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day branch operations.
