Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available for staff.
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems, providing support to all departments.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Organize office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
  • Assist with HR administration tasks including onboarding, record keeping, and employee relations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in office operations.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks for financial tracking and reporting.

Qualifications
