Methodist Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated Physician’s Billing Manager to oversee physician accounts receivable operations and support efficient, accurate billing processes across physician clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise billing office staff and oversee daily operations
• Manage physician accounts receivable processes, including:
• Medical claims filing
• Insurance follow-up
• Cash posting
• A/R resolution
• Review and audit registration and coding practices
• Educate physicians and clinic front office staff on billing and documentation processes
• Support compliance and process improvement initiatives
• Perform employee management and human resources-related functions

Qualifications

• Some college coursework required
• Minimum 5–7 years of physician claims billing experience required
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience required

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Medical coding knowledge
• Experience with ModMed and/or Meditech EMR systems
