We’re looking for experienced Office Managers and administrative leaders to create and evaluate realistic office management scenarios used to train and assess AI systems.
You’ll apply practical experience in office operations, team coordination, workflow management, scheduling, administrative policies, vendor relationships, resource allocation, and workplace problem-solving.
The work involves creating realistic questions and case studies, evaluating AI-generated responses, and providing detailed feedback on whether those responses reflect sound office management practices and practical operational judgment.
Develop realistic office management questions, case studies, and operational scenarios.
Create challenges covering areas such as:
Staff coordination and team supervision
Workflow optimization
Scheduling and calendar management
Office policies and procedures
Resource allocation
Internal communication
Vendor and supplier coordination
Administrative operations
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with office management best practices.
Identify operational gaps, impractical recommendations, and weaknesses in administrative decision-making.
Provide detailed feedback explaining why a response is appropriate or where it could be improved.
Collaborate with administrative and technical specialists to refine scenario difficulty and evaluation criteria.
Help create office management content that reflects realistic workplace situations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, Administrative Supervisor, or in a comparable operational leadership role.
Strong understanding of office operations and team leadership.
Experience coordinating people, processes, schedules, resources, and administrative workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail.
Several years of office management experience across different organizational settings or industries.
Experience developing administrative training programs.
